These terms govern your use of the TidyText app for iPhone and iPad. They're short — please read them.

License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TidyText on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.

Acceptable use
Don't use TidyText to break the law, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the app.

Your content
You own everything you create, edit, or open in TidyText. We have no access to it.

Disclaimers
TidyText is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Always keep your own backups of important documents — the system file picker is the source of truth for everything you open.

Termination
You may stop using TidyText at any time by deleting the app, which removes all locally stored drafts and recent file bookmarks.

Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
