These terms govern your use of Auren on iPhone and iPad. They sit alongside Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies to all App Store apps.

License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Auren on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard EULA and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions and billing
Auren Premium is sold via the App Store as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly), with an optional introductory free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be managed any time from your Apple ID's subscription settings. Apple handles all billing; we never receive your payment details.

Your content
You own everything you create or import into Auren. Because the data lives only on your device, you are also solely responsible for backing it up. Use Settings → Export & Import to produce CSV, JSON, or full-database .auren.json backups whenever it matters to you.

Not financial advice
Auren is a personal-finance tracker. It is not a bank, broker, advisor, or accountant, and nothing it displays — including forecasts, anomaly flags, or category trends — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always verify important figures with your financial institution.

Acceptable use
Don't use Auren to break the law or infringe on others' rights, and don't attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the app.

Disclaimers
Auren is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to make imports, exports, FX conversion, and recurring detection accurate, software has bugs — review your data and keep your own backups.

Termination
You may stop using Auren at any time by deleting the app, which removes all locally stored data, drafts, and cached entitlements.

Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
